Jillian has been baking since childhood. In the early days she was always the girl who made cupcakes for friends and provided the sweet treats for holidays and parties. 
Baking remained a hobby for Jillian as she pursued an education in therapeutic massage and working locally as a barista. It wasn't until after becoming a mother that she realized her passion and skill for baking could be more than just a hobby.
Jillian took to the kitchen, heart set on creating a product that everyone could enjoy and Rose & Petal Cakery was created.
She has since had the pleasure of creating beautiful cakes and cupcakes for a variety of special events, her favorite being weddings!
